This fall, from Oct 16 to 19, the joint bi-annual meeting with will be hosted by Keio University at Hiyoshi Campus, located at the city of Yokohama, Japan. Representatives from all partners will gather for 3 days to share information and discuss the directions for both projects. More details will be updated in this page.

This meeting will be held in 2 days in different venues in Hiyoshi Campus, in Yokohama. The last day will be held in Mita Campus, in the heart of Tokyo. Please check the schedule below (tentative).

International Symposium on Double Degree Strategy 2015
Organized by Keio University, T.I.M.E. Association and SOI Asia

* This symposium will be attended by delegates from European and Japanese universities as well as SOI Asia / AI3 members

Japan requires visa for many countries in Asia. We strongly reccomend you to confirm with the closest Consulate of Japan and check which are the required documents for single short-term stay visa.
We will be able to provide invitation letter for any of the registered participants.

Keio University’s Hiyoshi Campus is located in the city of Yokohama, in the south of Tokyo. The closest train station is Hiyoshi station and it is served by two train lines (Toyoko Line and Meguro Line) and one subway line (Yokohama Municipal Subway – Green Line). It is less than 20-min distant from some major stations in the Tokyo metropolitan Area:
Yokohama station: about 12 minutes
Shibuya station: about 19 minutes
Meguro station: about 20 minutes

We would recommend all participants to stay at Keio’s Seminar Guest Rooms, located in the Collaboration Complex (Kyoseikan), in Hiyoshi Campus. This facility is located inside the campus, 1-min from Hiyoshi station.
ROOM RATES AND AMMENITIES
Single room: 4,000 yens/night
Twin room: 7,000 yens/night
Each room is equipped with: Internet (LAN port only, please bring a cable), bathrobe, refrigerato, glass, mug, electric kettle, flash light, soap, shampoo, rinse, toothbrush and toothpaste, toothbrush cup, bath towel, face towel, and dust box.
