The 24th IHP (International Hydrological Project) Training Course, conducted by Nagoya University (Japan), will feature lectures on the theme “Forest Hydrology − Conservation of Forest, Soil, and Water Resources.” SOI Asia will support delivering the e-learning content, that will be available in several channels such as h.323 (Polycom, etc) and SOI live
