This discussion aims to define the best use to maximize benefits for all connected counterparts, education institutions, including universities. Because Government law, regulation, policy, condition, restriction, or specific requirement, or need much differ from each partner institution, this issue should be considered carefully. For the first step, it is decided to discuss this further at the next Joint meeting in Manila (November 15- 17, 2022).

AI³ /SOI Asia Platform Project: ・Platform: INXIGNIA Improvement by Gabrielle Evan Farrel (Universitas Brawijaya)
After their presentation, the 2nd badge AI³ /SOI Asia internship graduation ceremony was held, and students were awarded with certificates. Participants committed to continuing their research and further collaboration with the project.
The 10th monthly seminar was held on 27 July 2022 online with 19 real-time participants from the AI³ /SOI Asia community.
In the first session, participants discussed the survey about the learning/teaching situation during the pandemic of COVID-19. For the next step this survey will be localized in members’ area and distributed to the students, staff and faculties. This survey will be localized in the members’ area for the next step and distributed to the students, staff, and faculties. The result will be able to find how the education system and method in Asia have been changing, also the direction towards the education future.
In the second part, three interns shared their first update session at the monthly seminar. Each intern reported the research and work progress as well as their research plan.

The ninth monthly seminar was held on 29 June 2022 online with 25 real-time participants from the AI³ /SOI Asia community.
EBA Project sharing session (Presentation) was conducted by participants of 2 EBA Fieldwork programs. In the first EBA Virtual Fieldwork, four participants from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Indonesia, shared the positive, creative, and fun outcomes with the audience. Since this was the first time conducting the online Fieldwork program, participants shared their thoughts, comments, or challenges on joining this. Facilitators shared tips on the creation and conduction of it.
Then, the first Onsite pilot fieldwork (called EBA Diversity Fieldwork), participants shared the program summary, data collection method, and results. Since this was focused on collaboration with different backgrounds, and positions, such as students, staff, and a field master, they shared their experiences and the difference with the regular class.
In the second part, three interns shared their first update session at the monthly seminar. Each intern reported the research and work progress as well as their research plan. Faculties and staff of AI3/SOI Asia were looking forward to their continued working with members towards their goals and the final presentation on the 11th Monthly seminar on 24 August 2022.

The eighth monthly seminar was held on 25 May 2022 online with 24 real-time participants from the AI³ /SOI Asia community.
In the beginning, Alifya Febriana (USK) shared her research that “USK-Coffee Dataset: A Multi-Class Green Arabica Coffee Bean Dataset for Deep Learning”. This research presentation led to the realization that coffee beans are produced in many places in the member countries, and each university has been conducting similar research on the use of ICT to improve the quality and quantity of the crops. The discussion continued about how we should utilize (share) approach methods, technology, or data in different fields with members for better collaboration.
This time new researchers and lecturers from UB were joined, which triggered members to share opinions on how this community gets younger generations involved. The new participants pointed out that building AI3/SOI Asia knowledge and database would be beneficial for them, and that would stimulate the research among the community, from the next generation’s perspective.
The seventh monthly seminar was held on 27 April 2022 online with 18 real-time participants from the AI³ /SOI Asia community.
