The EBA Internship as an EBA Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to EBA course is a practical learning and support experience where interns contribute to the operation of online Evidence-Based Approach courses. In this internship, Teaching Assistants support real-time online sessions, student communication, homework management, discussion facilitation, and overall online classroom operations.

Teaching Assistants actively support the learning process by facilitating discussions during live sessions, managing student attendance and homework, reviewing homework submissions, responding to student inquiries through Google Classroom, and assisting with other class management tasks. By completing this internship, they gain experience in online education support, classroom management, student communication, and educational facilitation. The experience strengthens their ability to support evidence-based learning and contributes to the implementation of collaborative, international, and research-oriented education.
