Introduction to EBA
Introduction to EBA is an online program designed to equip participants with the essentials of field research and develop an evidence-based mindset. The course introduces key skills such as fostering a research mindset, handling and analyzing data, exploring findings through visualization and interpretation, and disseminating results effectively through storytelling and visual communication.
Learning is structured around self-paced content, live online sessions, and hands-on mini projects. Participants actively apply the EBA method in practice, first through observation-based activities and later through interview-based data collection, gaining both technical skills and perspectives directly from real-world contexts.
Completion of this program prepares participants to engage fully in field research and is a prerequisite for joining the EBA Fieldwork program. By the end, learners are equipped to explore, analyze, and communicate insights with confidence, forming a strong foundation for their continued involvement in the EBA Project.
Study Requirement: About 6 weeks, 4 hours per week (24 hours total)
