23rd IHP Training Course December 2-12

The 23nd IHP (International Hydrological Project) Training Course, conducted by Kyoto University (Japan), will feature lectures on the theme "Echohydrology for River Basin Management Under Climate Change." SOI Asia will support delivering the e-learning content, that will be available in several channels such as h.323 (Polycom, etc), SOI live streaming, IP multicast and others.
