Chulalongkorn University ( Thailand ) Department:Computer Engineering Participants:8 master course students majoring in computer engineering. Guests from other group in the CU are also participating. Class environment: Fully interactive with bi-directional video and audio. 500kbps video and audio (using VIC/RAT) from Japan. 128kbps video and audio from CU to Japan (Polycom) Powerpoint synchronization

University of Computer Studies, Yangon (Myanmar) Department:All Departments in UCSY Participants:80 students from doctroal course and master course. Small groups are learning after the class using the archive. Class environment: One way video and audio, send questions with e-amil. 500kbps video and audio (using WMT/Multicast) from Japan. Email from UCSY to Japan for questions and comments All participants have a printed materials.

National University of Laos Department:Engineering Department Participants:15 faculty members. 8 from computer engineering and 7 from other engineering department. Class environment: One way video and audio, with realtime chat communication. 500kbps video and audio (using WMT/Multicast) from Japan. MS Messenger for questions and comments during the class. All participants have a printed materials.
